@jon_highland – I would recommend updating to the current version of NextGEN Gallery as you are using a very old version of NextGEN Legacy (version 1.19.13 and earlier).

Hi, thank you. I tried this and had to revert since the new version is not compatible with our current wordpress install.

@jon_highland – The current version of NextGEN Gallery is compatible with the current version of WordPress … there may be another active plugin or your current theme causing a conflict but it will not be a WordPress core issue.

Hi Cais, as indicated we’re on WP 3.4.1 and aren’t easily able to upgrade our network isntall to 3.8.1. I was simply hoping you could advise me of any common issues that cause this to happen so that I could be more effective in investigating.

@jon_highland – Oh, my apologies, I did not notice you were using a very old version of WordPress as well. If you wanted to use the current NextGEN Gallery you would need to update your WordPress core version as well.

Beyond that, we really are not offering much in the way of support for NextGEN Legacy versions that old.

Thanks Tizz, upgrading is a priority- just not sure when it’s going to happen. It ended up being a plugin conflict, oh WordPress, how I love you sometimes… ??
