When I first installed the plugin I was getting an error stating that the helpdesk was offline even though under osTicket it was showing online. I then read on here that this only supports 1.7.x and I had installed the 1.8.x version. So, I wiped that out. Did a clean install of osTicket 1.7.5. Then I started to get the error of “Error loading settings. Contact admin.” I uninstalled the plugin, deleted the page it created, reinstalled the plugin and it created it a new page when I saved the settings. I’m still getting the same error of it loading settings.

I think I somehow moved a file or so messing up my index.php. Replaced that with a fresh one and everything’s working perfectly now.
