How to center website title text(header) in Panel theme?

Hello,

Im trying to center my website titletext in my header. I cant find where to put the ‘text-align: center’ tag.

This is the style.css sheet i see. I think its somewhere here, right? Just in case i will place the header.php content also. Sorry for the long list.
