How to center the promotion slider

I’m trying to center the promotion slider I have in my header but I don’t see any topics regarding this for the bresponzive theme.
By default it’s being indented to the left and I can’t find any settings within the admin – promotions that would allow me to make changes.
If it’s something I need to do within the template I could really use some help on the proper code and where to paste it.
