    Hello everyone! I am currently using the latest version of Paid Memberships Pro and I’m having trouble receiving any confirmation emails through the plugin. I currently use the classipress theme and their emails work however I wish to use this plugin to create paid memberships.. Any suggestions to get the Paid memberships pro email to work?

  • Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. You mentioned receiving emails from Claripress, but what about standard WordPress emails? Try reseting your password and see if you reveive that email.

    Also, your hosting provider may be blocking the mail function used by WordPress and PMPro. To get around this we reccomend using the “Configure SMTP” plugin (available in the WordPress repository) and connecting to a reliable SMTP like Gmail. Let us know if this helps. Thanks again.

    I reset my password and I did receive that email. I isolated the problem to be emails only from the paid memberships pro plugin do not send.

    Do you have the email settings correct in Paid Memberships Pro?
    The email address PMPro uses to send emails by default is configured under Memberships > Email Settings.

    Also, some hosts do not allow emails to be sent from addresses without e-mail accounts attached to them. If the email is correct under Memberships > Email Settings, you may want to look into that.
