I crashed my client’s site by activating OptionTree. When typing in the url, brooklynworks159.com or attempting to log into the WP dash I get the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_option() in /home/brooklyn/public_html/BrooklynWorks159.com/wp-content/themes/brooklyn/functions.php on line 247

My client is getting the host/FTP info now. Could someone please give direction on how to uninstall the plugin manually through the FTP?

    Thanks!

The theme you have installed already has OptionTree in it so activating the plugin broke the site. Rename the /wp-content/plugins/option-tree/ directory to something else and it will deactivate itself.

As well, you cannot call ot_get_option() in your functions.php before OptionTree is loaded.
