Automatic numbering, table of contents problem

Great plugin but…

While using Table of contents, that looks in word like this:

1. Header 1_1………………….2
2. Header 1_2………………….2
2.1 Header 2_1…………………2
2.2 Header 1_1…………………2

1. Header 1_1
Here is some text, but it is not important
2. Header 1_2
Here is some text, but it is not important
2.1 Header 2_1
Here is some text, but it is not important
2.2 Header 1_1
Here is some text, but it is not important

In wordpress (using Post office) it looks like:

1.Header 1_12
2.Header 1_22
2.1Header 2_12
2.2Header 1_12

Header 1_1
Here is some text, but it is not important
Header 1_2

Header 2_1
Here is some text, but it is not important
Header 1_1
Here is some text, but it is not important

Table of contents reference links are OK.
Table of contents formatting is been changed.
Automatic numbering in document is been removed.

Is it possible to keep ToC formatting and automatic numbering?
