Monitor Twitter Hash tags and create post

  • Hello All,

    I just want to know if there is any plugin which can monitor twitter Has tags and make posts on Wp.

    E.G. I want to monitor #cloudcomputing tag on twitter and as soon as someone posts anything (search every hour) with #cloudcomputing tags and post in wordpress or under one post.

    Is there any plugin to perform above action?
