and also I would like to have a photoblog with only one WP installation.
for example, I could create a photos category, and then a page (photolog) with posts only from that category.
Is there a tutorial for this?

hey vsa, check out https://www.flashcomponents.net and https://www.kirupa.com to see what other doody flash effects you can have in your header. also, your posts just need a little bit more padding from the edges of your header/margins. but that’s just me ;o)

@vsa – that’s a cool idea. So you have a category called “photolog” with all the photos in it.
You said it!! It’s that simple. Enable file uploads, upload your images, include them in your post and publish those posts under a certain category.
Read about template tags to see how to prevent entries from a particular category from showing up on index.php along with the other entries if you need to.

to 2fargon: i′m working on an index2.php that will be the photolog index. Lets see what I can do!

I′ve used an iframe to display the posts from sideblog category, created a sideblog.css and it is up and running!
