ajax-loading.gif breaks checkout page padlock and EV SSL address bar

Calls for https://domain.com/undefined/assets/images/ajax-loader.gif instead of //domain.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/images/ajax-loader.gif thereby breaking padlock and EV in address bar because of mixed content.
temp fix to add redirect in htaccess to correct file.
