Mobile Pack – Removing causeing the page to fall into infinite loop

  • Hi – attempting to remove the mobile pack. Even after deleting the plug in from the UI and removing the themes via FTP, visitors to my site get into a recursive loop.

    Firefox & Chrome errors are below:

    FireFox reports: “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

    Chrome: “This webpage has a redirect loop”

    How can I rid myself of this plugin?

  • @interrogator did you first deactivate the plugin? In order to completely remove the plugin you must first deactivate it and them remove the themes from wp-content/themes.
