If I deactivate WooCommerce will I lose everything?

    I have woocommerce 2.0 installed and running, since 2.0 version crashed my website. If I deactivate Woocommerce plugin, and reactivate it, will I lose all my settings and have to start over again? will i only have to enter shipping settings, etc or will i lose all my products ive entered and everything?
