Can I have galleries not force broadcasted?

    Hello,

    The website I want to broadcast my posts to utilizes the featured image, but not the gallery (this is how I want it to be due to what I am trying to accomplish).

    The FAQ says that galleries/attachments are force broadcasted. Because I don’t utilize them on the site that they are broadcasted to, can I get around this, so that I don’t have to carry over that extra data?

    For instance, can I add attachments/galleries as a custom field in the blacklist?

    Also, perhaps I can utilize this plugin to work alongside ThreeWP in order to accomplish this goal? Just a thought.

    Not quite sure what you mean: are there gallery shortcodes in the post but you don’t want them broadcasted anyways?

    If there is no gallery shortcode in the post then the associated images will not be broadcasted.

    Featured images will be copied over if the “custom fields”-checkbox is ticked.

    That Types plugin should work without any difficulty. I’ve had other users successfully using Types. Just add the custom post type in the settings and you’re off. ??
