Different service lengths affect the available start times

  • When I set a massage appointment to 120 minutes(2 hrs), it only offers 10:00 am, then 12:00 am and 2:00 pm etc.. as available starting times to book.
    I do all types of service length so need the available start times to be 30 mins apart even though this service is 120 mins. I don’t do 2 hour massages all day some are only 30 mins some 60mins etc…
    So in the booking form client should be able to start at 10:00am or 10:30am or 11:00am etc…not just 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 pm
    Is there a setting to control this?

    Hi hi99ins,

    We are pushing an update within a day, then install the updates.

    And go to Calendar Settings Page and set Booking Time Slot to 30 Minute this control will work as you required.

    Currently version 2.7.1 has a bug that’s why this settings not working properly.
