Problem with manual purchases (EDD)

I was wrong: you couldn’t see the plugins versions so here they are:
EDD 1.9.5
EDD Manual Purchases 1.8
Crowdfunding 1.8.1

As you know I discussed that issue with Pippin Williamson (EDD) and Justin Scheetz (CrowdPress theme) and from the last messages I got, according to Pippin, it’s more likely the problem comes with the Crowdfunding plugin than from the CrowdPress Theme, as there were some bugs about it recently I guess. What do you guys think? Can you help us to better understand that bug and solve it I hope?

In my case there’s no emergency as long as it finally works. I well understand that’s complicated to make four different elements (plugins and theme from 3 different teams) working together seamlessly, but I guess it could be a real problem for platforms that would be live already and that could need to add some funds manually. I’m not sure I can help further but if I can I’m at your disposal.

I’m just posting this message to keep my problem updated (it’s not solved until now).

I’m wondering why you didn’t answer yet, since I asked for help almost a week ago, but I’m sure there’s a good reason for this, as everybody’s on the same page saying you’re a really serious team which does a pretty amazing work.

We didn’t succeed solving the problem with Pippin Williamson and Justin Scheetz so we do need your help whenever you can have a look.

Again, I’m not personally in a hurry. There no true emergency to have a solution today and I understand those things can need some time. If I’m alone having that problem that’s fine, anyway if you can just have a look or confirm you did see that topic I’d appreciate it.

for those who could some day need some answers on that topic,
I keep this ticket updated from the answers I can have on different others forums such as the EDD one and the CrowdPress one.

After an answer from Spencer (Astoundify) I tried a Github update and here’s what I sent to him after trying.

I tried installing your zip file instead of the 1.8.1 version and I could notice two things:

– adding a manual purchase in the payment history seems to work fine now, from what I can see on the home page’s progress bars

But another problem comes:
– I can’t access any campaign since I uploaded, I get a “Page not found” error when trying to access the following links:
– mywebsite.com/campaigns
– mywebsite.com/campaigns/category/category-1
– mywebsite.com/campaigns/project-1
– …

I tried removing the “develop” version and reinstalling the 1.8.1 one and it didn’t solve that new problem.
Do you think it could come from the update ? the way I updated ? the Crowdpress theme ? another plugin I could have installed on the network as I worked on others sites for some time and just came back to that one this morning ?

To explain my site’s structure (in case it could be useful):
– I work on a six sites wordpress multisite platform using the Elegant Themes Divi theme most of the time.
– those different sites have many purposes (showcase/portfolio, e-commerce, crowdfunding, social network …)
– The crowdfunding site comes on a sub site powered by the CrowdPress theme which uses your great plugin and the great too EDD ones.

On that topic, I keep 3 forums in the loop: the EDD one, that www.ads-software.com support one and the CrowdPress theme’s one.

Hi again, last problem just solved by simply renewing the permalinks …
