Comment-button in post-footer (entry-meta)?

It seems to me that it should be a pretty simple cut n paste of some code bits, but i learned the hard way that its not quite as simple as expected.

I want to move the comment-button from the top of my post, where it is along with the date and author, to the bottom of my post, better known as the entry-meta div. However i can’t seem to figure out what to cut and where to paste.
