Private Discussion Area

Hi There,

I’ve done a website for a community association and they have requested a private page that they can have discussions on. I have set up a password protected page but i need some kind of plug in for a forum that will allow them to post have discussions, upload documents and files and it must be very user friendly. Please bare in mind that these are not the most computer literate of people so if there was a way of logging in via email, that would be good.
