How would i go about editing the html of the form

    You can change the layout if you want to, but it’s a hack. Please note that once you start hacking a) I can’t support you, and b) any updates to the plugin will overwrite what you have changed.

    The file you will need to change is this:

    plugins/clean-and-simple-contact-form-by-meg-nicholas/views/contact-form.view.php
