    Hello jbmcclain,
    The bridge will work on osTicket versions up to 1.7.4

    1.7.5 & up has a different database table structure.

    I will be testing on osTicket v1.7.5 & v1.8.0.2 shortly & they will be included on my next version of the plugin.

    Also, this is why your getting the (Our system is currently offline for maintenance) the database table is different and can’t read that column.

    I have made the changes to work with osTicket (v1.8.0.2)

    Give it a try…not sure about multisite.
