Featured image above post

Hi
I’m using your fabulous plugin because I couldn’t get featured images to display as I wanted them in my chosen theme (Suffusion). However, there is one problem I’ve been unable to solve (I’m not a developer). Your plugin gives the option for the image to float left or right of the content …. I’d like the image to be displayed above the content. I gather this isn’t possible with the plugin as it stands, so can you, or someone, suggest how I might be able to change the code to make this happen?
