Custom Social Media Icons

I have the social media widget from Blink Web Effects and I’m trying to upload my custom icons and going through the instructions for it but Im stuck at steps 5 and 6…..
5.Enter the URL to the icon pack folder (https://www.yoursite.com/blog/wp-content/icons)
6.Enter the FULL PATH to the icon pack folder (/var/www/html/yoursite/blog/wp-content/icons)
I tried doing several things but I dont fully understand it all.
