    I clicked on all the updates showing up for wordpress and my plugins yesterday. The website went down for maintenance immediately… And now when I try to login (at renuwellcoach.com/wp-admin) – I get these errors:

    Warning: require_once(D:\Hosting\12030588\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack/require-lib.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\12030588\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack\jetpack.php on line 54

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘D:\Hosting\12030588\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack/require-lib.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in D:\Hosting\12030588\html\wp-content\plugins\jetpack\jetpack.php on line 54

    I have no idea how to fix anything without being able to log in. Please help! ??

    Looks like something went wrong with your JETPACK plugin. You’ll need to get into you your server and access your FTP files. Try this:

    – get into your server and get into the FTP files then try:

    Locate the folder wp-content/plugins and rename the Plugin folder plugins_old. This will deactivate all of your Plugins

    There is an article from the CODEX about dealing with this stuff

    Let me know if that worked out ??

    Ok, so first of all – totally forgot I could access the files through my hosting account (in this case, GoDaddy) – DUH! Panic set in when I couldn’t login through WordPress…

    The rename for the plugins folder failed, but I just deleted the jetpack folder and voila! Back in business.

    Thanks so much for your help, HappyZebra!!!!

    I have recently changed my domain name and I would like to update my website. I am having problems accessing the dashboard and when the wordpress box asks for my user name and password it keeps saying it doesn’t recognise my email address even though I have been sent emails???
