Upload new theme

    I am just starting off with WordPress and I have been trying to upload (or download) a new theme (sixteen) for my site.

    I go through all the steps under ‘Appearance’, select the theme and then press upload. The system then goes into the “upload” process, but freezes at the following screen message:
    Installing Theme: Sixteen 1.2.1.1

    Downloading install package from https://www.ads-software.com/themes/download/sixteen.1.2.1.1.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    …but it never progresses beyond this point??

    Are you able to assist me please?
