Dupplicate input tag

    Looking at the source code of the generated form, I see some inputs twice (inside and outside form) :
    cw_epu_nonce_field and _wp_http_referer

    <input type=”hidden” id=”cw_epu_nonce_field” name=”cw_epu_nonce_field” value=”00000000″ />
    <input type=”hidden” name=”_wp_http_referer” value=”/news” />

    Can you reproduce?
