Looking for a Form to Table plugin

Hi,

I am looking for a form plugin, where visitors can enter data into the form and when they click Enter, this data is added to a table that shows on the same webpage.

Is there a form plugin that can do this? I have searched the plugins, but I keep getting contact forms and forms that just collect data, but don’t show it on the webpage.

Hopefully someone can help me out here.
