Lost all admin acces HELP

    I did not remove the admin panel and yet somehow I got a white screen and it had a small message that read “Trying to cheat hunh?” and all access to my admin panel disappeared. Im locked out of my site and need help urgently!

    PS I can not disable the plugin because the admin panel is gone
