Payment Processor, Gateway & SSL

    Hello,
    I am looking for a payment processor other than PayPal since they will not allow the processing of payments for certain business types. Also need a gateway other than Authorize.net who essentially double charges through a monthly and per-transaction fee. I have heard of WooCommerce but unsure if that will eliminate my need for a SSL? I am still unclear if the gateway will also address the SSL need?
