• Hi,

I’m a complete newbie at this sort of stuff, so bare with me please.

At this moment I’m running a Prestashop e-shop and had to renew my SSL certificates. Since I’m setting up a completely new WP WC e-shop (which is running on a subdomain right now), I purchased a multidomain SSL certificate.

These are the url’s for which the certificates are valid:

    https://www.beaudelicious.be (hosting my Prestashop e-shop)
    wp.beaudelicious.be (WP WC e-shop development)

I installed the WP Https plugin, tried to secure the shopping-cart page but when I tried to view this page, I’m redirected to https://www.beaudelicious.be instead of wp.beaudelicious.be.

This is probably a very stupid question but what setting do I need to use, to prevent this redirect and to show me the correct page? Again, have some patience with me, because I’m really new to this WP-stuff ??

    Thx a lot!

    Nobody who can help me?

Did you get it sorted? First things I’d check are making sure your WordPress site is setup under the sub-domain in the general settings – make sure those www’s aren’t in there by mistake. Then you may need to double-check your DNS zone configuration to make sure there are no redirects and that the sub-domain is pointing to the right directory.

    good luck!
