    My wordpress version is 3.8.1
    My Metaslider version 2.6.3
    My Metaslider pro version 2.3

    I have been unable to access the “Advance Settings”
    I have tried to click on the word “Advance Settings” and it doesn’t open, but the metaslider does a “Save” instead.
    I have also tried to click on the small little arrow beside “Advance Settings” and it still doesn’t open, and the metaslider does a “Save” again.

    Please tell me how do I do a change in the delay for the image slideshow.

    Just updated to MetaSlider Pro addon 2.3.2

    Problem still persist.

    When i click once on either the Advance Settings or the Arrow beside… It has no response. Just that once in a while it will do a save by itself.

    Please can anyone assist me on this matter?

    Hi wwyz83,

    Please could you add some admin login details to your other ticket (the menu one) and I’ll take a look at this too.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Quick update, this has been resolved via email. There was a conflicting plugin, unfortunately we’re not sure exactly which one as many were disabled in one go.

    If you’re a user who is seeing the same problem, please try disabling other plugins.

    Regards,
    Tom.

    Update: the plugin was WP Posts Filter.

    I’ve committed a fix into Meta Slider which will be in the next version (2.6.4)

    Hi. Thanks for your awesome plugin.

    Sorry to reopen this but I can’t open the Advanced Settings drop down, too.

    My wordpress version is 3.8.1
    My Metaslider version 2.7.1

    So I changed this (line 943-44 of ml-slider.php) in the code

    <div class="postbox ms-toggle closed">
    										<div class="handlediv" title="Click to toggle"><br></div><h3 class="hndle"><span><?php _e("Advanced Settings", "metaslider") ?></span></h3>

    to

    <div class="postbox ms-toggle open">
    										<div class="handlediv" title="Click to toggle"><br></div><h3 class="hndle"><span><?php _e("Advanced Settings", "metaslider") ?></span></h3>

    making it always open.

    As you can see I am too lazy to isolate which plugin conflicts with it. And hacking into someone else’s source code is not exactly elegant. I apologize for that.

    Posting this here so that if anyone wants a quick fix (or just lazy like me) then can force show the section.

    Thanks and respect.
