Want to Add Nofollow tag to My Affiliate Links

Hello all, I have been using Affiliate Link Cloaking on my blogs and I became fan of it. I have been using the same plugin on my SEO Blog.

I have using my affiliate link with the go extension at end of my URL followed by affiliate name.

E.g. https://www.seomediaworld.com/go/wordpress like this. Now the plugin is thinking that is internal link of my blog. I have been using WP External Link plugin to make external link nofollow.

is there any tips is there, so that I can make that affiliate links nofollow??
