Looking for a plugin that allows users to follow author

    Hi there!

    I am looking for a wordpress plugin that allows registered users to follow a author so they can get e-mails, notifying them of a new post by that author.

    Preferably one that includes a button (shortcode) you can put on posts. Similar to how the YouTube Subscribe Button works.

    Any suggestions?
