Facebook word count

    Great plugin, well done. I am using feed to post.
    On content from websites the word count I have is 50 and works perfect. The word count from Facebook seems to be way over 50, ie shows the whole post, or just a word or two.

    Also most of the titles are massive from facebook, example
    Found Wicklow town https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10203282866661538&set…
    So on the feed to post, the titles do not look great. What confuses me is half the feeds are doing this, the other half just show, for example, Found wicklow town. and does not show the facebook link.

    Any way around this and the word count.

    I’m not sure what is going on here…the link you gave does not have a massive title. Are you talking about the title or something else?

    Ok, yes I do think they are to big. Here is an example, from the same facebook page and the way they were posted on my test site.

    Nursing mother urgently needed ( dog) in Wexford
    thats a perfect heading.

    the second one, shows the facebook link instead of just “Found Delgany”

    I want it, if it can be done, just to show the heading not the facebook link, in the title

    that link goes to 404 unfound page.

    I do not want to show the facebook link in the heading, just the title of the post.
