add media button and cp designer plugin not working when upgraded wordpress

    hi

    the add media button when creating or editing a page isnt working. i updated my wordpress to the llatest version as mine needed to be. so after that i tried to add an image and a video to a page by using the add media page, however when you click on it it does nothing and my cp designer plugin has stopped working since i updated my wordpress.

    all of it worked before i updated my wordpress software to the latest one

    can anyone help?
