Missing assets

I have noticed that the Domain Name seams to be added incorrect:

However ,this is added cortrectly:

I tried uninstalling, deleting the related tabled and reinstalling the plugin new….

same result:

Where does NextGen get the Domain from ?

Interesting is that the following assets are loaded properly:
