Have TC installed but speed test sites give bad rating for caching?

    I have Total Cache installed but when I do speed tests on my site they all say I need to take advantage of caching.

    One says:

    Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network.
