Strange Pop up when I logged into admin on MS Explorer

    I had a very strange thing happen about 10 minutes ago. I was logging into my wordpress site as admin and a pop up window appeared. It stated the following: ” In order for this site to work property, and in order to evaluate and improve the site we need to store small files (called cookies on your computer. Over 90% of all websites do this, however, since the 25th of May 2011 we are required by regulations to obtain your consent first. What do you say?” Then there were two buttons “I don’t agree” and “That’s fine”.

    Unfortunately, I was not thinking clearly and I clicked on the “That’s fine” box as I was assuming it was something new on wordperss. Then it redirected to the following web address https://jtt.fumovawyk.net/zyso.cgi?19. I hit the back button and the same pop up came up again and this time I hit I don’t agree and it went to the same address. I immediately cleared my cookies on the browser and restarted it, but who knows what damage has been done. I tried the site in Firefox and Chrome and the pop up did not appear.

    My questions are as follows:
    Has any one else had this happen?
    Any thoughts on how this happened?
