email non-delivery notification – is it possible?

Is it possible to get the cart to notify the owner
if an email response is undeliverable?
this may be a wordpress mailing issue.
I use my cart as a quotation request cart, where my customers select
several products and then I send them out a manual quote on those products.
Unfortunately many visitors just type rubbish emails into the cart and send me requests, which i am not going to waste my time working on if
I dont know there is a real email address to send it to.
My old cart would send me an undeliverable message, if a request couldnt be sent out , it was a cgi/perl- blat mail format.
Any ideas would be great.
