Placement of ratings and default text

How can we place the ratings below the business name? See

There are 2 issues here. We have set the threshold of ratings to 1 and instead of showing nothing, it shows this annoying text: Rating (average):(More feedback needed)

We want it to show nothing, or change the default text to: No ratings yet
Secondly. We want to show it in a different place than at the very top, that doesn’t look right. Most products or other types of listings show the star rating BELOW the name of the product or listing, not above!
We would like some control of where to put it and edit the default text.
