So on mobile the menu colour is grey because that’s how the theme was designed, and you’ve modified it to make it white on desktop.

You’ve only targeted the desktop menu when you applied the white styling, not the mobile menu.

To target both use this instead:

nav a,
.menu-toggle {
 color: white;
}

now if you look at it again on you smartphone

only the “menu” and the two last item of the menu
“partners” and “education’ are in white
all the rest in between is still in data grey…

Try clearing your browser’s cache and seeing if the problem persists
