Add to cart not showing after upgrade

Hi all,
I upgraded recently to 2.5.1 of WooCommerce however the ‘add to cart’ button isn’t showing and I don’t see the option in the settings > styles and scripts section to add the javascript to the footer or for it to put it inline?

Prior to the upgrade I had to tick that option for it to work but now its gone, or has it been moved?

Can anyone help, I upgraded it for a friend, their site is: https://www.communitysigns.es
