Sequential invoice number still on 0000

    Hey folks,
    this is such a great plugin – thank you very much!
    There’s just one little thing:
    I am still having trouble with the sequential invoice number staying on 0000. I’ve got the newest version of the plugin installed (1.1.1) but it won’t work. What am I doing wrong?

    Any help would be appreciated.
