Carousel stetching images and need help uploading a background image

    Hi,

    I recently downloaded this theme and really like the ease of use.

    I have created most of my website, however, when I link images to the Carousel through my Post and featured image, it distorts them or does not size them correctly.

    I have tried adjusting items in the main editor but nothing has helped fix this issue.

    Could you please walk me through the way to adjust this issue?

    My second issue is, when I go to the Bootstrap UL -> Common -> Background I can not find the way to upload my own images. Is there a way to do this?

    Hi, firstly the background images reside in \rsc\img\patterns folder and they are loaded automatically from that folder.
    So, you can simply upload your bg image to that folder, and it will be available to you.

    But when I think of it; might as well add an uploader option for bg image – just like logo- and maybe some background options like background repeat, or fixed etc. Thank you for your input.

    As for the carousel image, I dont see a “stretching” in your images. They display just the size you upload them. I do however see the same image multiple times but I guess that’s because you both added the image as featured image, and put the image in the post as well.
    Also, I agree the carousel layout really sucks. The carousel should be redesigned in the upcoming releases (until 1.5)

    Thank you for the help.

    I have fixed the first and second post to correctly size/scale.

    However, since I am doing a 4 slide carousel the last two post (numbers three and four) are not correctly displaying and they have a circle portrait instead of the new oval preview image. Also, the imaged seemed zoomed in and not in the correct layout I have uploaded.

    I have messed around with editing the pixels being displayed in the Bootstrap UI and the images themselves. Am I just missing something here in the layout or format that is causing them to just scale poorly?
