Dashboard submenus not hidden when log in as Admin

    Hi argonius,

    I logged in as Administrator into my website, and am trying to hide both Dashboard submenus, Home and Updates. After checking both of them in the Admin Menu option and saving the settings, I noticed that nothing happened.

    Is there something amiss? Please advise soon.

  • Please check if your admin menu configuration is turned ON (first option on Admin Menu tab). Please also try using Reset settings button. If nothing happens after that please check browser’s console for possible errors.

    I’m unsure what “Turn on/off admin menu configuration” meant, but I’m glad that your advice worked.
