Magnifier Not Working in IE8

just came to know that magnifier is not working in IE8,
first i checked my site in IE8 it was not working.
then i checked your plugin demo page(https://www.nextendweb.com/image-magnifier-for-wordpress/) in IE8, same issue.

please check and let me know the solution
