Have paid for Pro version but not received anything

I’ve purchased the Developer Pro version, and Paypal say the payment went through. It’s been charged to me. But I haven’t received anything from you yet. How long does it take? I was hoping to get up and running straight away, am working on site right now.
Have emailed you also hoping for a response.
