Unable to log into my site.

    I have a site hosted on Godaddy and I haven’t been able to log in for some reason today and my site appears to be down. I have a support ticket in with Godaddy but haven’t gotten a response yet. When I ry to log in through https://www.hurupu.com/wp-login.php I get a blank white page.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • First disable all plugins by logging in through FTP and rename the directories in /wp-content/plugins, and see if that helps.

    If it doesn’t, disable the theme you’re using by renaming the theme’s directory in /wp-content/themes.

    If that doesn’t help either, just wait for GoDaddy to respond, perhaps they have a simple explanation for it.
