PHP, RSS and Where are my files

There is NO files with content in WP. All the content is stored in the database.

As far as RSS reading goes, it’s built in. You just need to learn some minor PHP. See here for a quick example and reference:

If you want to use it in pages, then you probably need to make a custom page template with the code you want (since you can’t put PHP into posts). For info on that, see here:

Since you know carp, you may want to use it instead of the built in functions. Anyway, your Page Template will be a PHP file and you can use any PHP you like in it, carp included.
