Invalid username / password combo

Same here. Also changed username to only alphanumeric just to be sure. No dice.

What version of WordPress are you guys using as well as gravity forms version?

I too am having this problem. I’m using wordpress 3.9.1, gravity forms 1.8.9 and the constant contact add-on 2.0.3.

You gotta change your username to a non-email username. Worked for me ??
