Share buttons do not show on translated posts

I have successfully added the hupso shortcode to Excerpts of my posts. I had to do this manually, marking “Excerps” in the Hupso settings did not work.
However if I create a translated version of these posts (using WPML) the buttons do not show. Instead the shortcode [hupso] is shown.
I am using theme YellowProject in combination with Woocommerce.
Any idea how to fix this?
