Alternative to Yoast WP SEO?

  • Good morning all!

    I’m doing some work on a friend’s site and as it turns out, her theme isn’t compatible with Yoast’s WordPress SEO. The HORROR! haha..

    Anyone have any good alternatives to Yoast WordPress SEO? Any thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreciated.

    Sorry… One more time. Any suggestions? Where is everyone?

    I too am looking as Yoast, while great at it’s job of SEO, is very heavy on the site resources.

    I was looking around for some simple WordPress SEO plugin, because I feel that SEO by Yoast slow down my sites.

    I just need to have a good control over titles, descriptions and eventually noindex and nofollow attributes.

    Today I came upon FV Simplifier SEO plugin and Greg’s High Performance SEO. Does anybody has some personal opinion about them?
